Dicky Beach
Star Rating:★★★★

There isn't many photos because we spent most of our time in the sea swimming, we finally had some good weather! The waves were super big so heaps of things got washed up on the beach and we found around 50 pairs of sunglasses, heaps of dog toys, many flippers, googles and snorkels, an old picnic rug, a frisbee (we kept it) and heaps more!
| Jackson and I spent a while catching tadpoles and little fish with our homemade nets in an inlet we found! |
| We went to a different beach and it had heaps of rock pools in which we found heaps of cute little hermit crabs. When we were exploring a crab climbed up Jackson's leg and nipped him! |

I loved Kondalilla Falls but I only gave it a 4 star rating because of the leeches and the wet sticky mud....

We went to Mitta Glen to visit Deana, who is my dad's cousin. She owns Mitta Glen which is a beautiful B&B, the house itself is an amazing old Queenslander from the 1890s! It also has a huge yard and a pool. On our first morning at Mitta Glen, Deana made us a breakfast that was absolutely unforgettable! There was a huge fruit platter with many different types of fruits including grapes, passionfruit, cantaloupe, papaya and heaps more! There was also warm croissants, freshly baked bread (made by Deana in the morning) and a cheese & salami platter! If you were a sweet tooth you were in luck, there was also freshly squeezed orange juice and a delicious gingerbread spread!

When we went to Maryborough (the town where Pamela Lyndon Travers, the author of Mary Poppins, was born) we really needed the toilet so we started looking everywhere for one, when we finally found one it took our breath away!....
| There was a gold toilet! |
| There were heaps of beautiful paintings (the toilets were fully hand painted) that looked amazing! |
| I think out of all the rooms the Parent's room was the best because in it was a whole scene from the Mary Poppins movie. We also got to meet the artist that designed and painted the room! |
| The lights in the Parent's room looked like hot air balloons and they were amazing! |
| πAs it was a Mary Poppins themed town all the red and green lights looked like Mary Poppins!π |
| There was a bronze statue of Mary Poppins which had been placed by Pamela's best friend. |
| And away I go!☂ |
| Lol! |
