Week 56 - Sunday 25th- Friday 30th June

En route to the Big Red Bash, Vic, NSW, QLD

On the way to the BRB (Big Red Bash) we left late Sunday afternoon and after driving for a couple of hours we stopped for dinner at the Jerilderie Pub.  After another few hours of driving we stopped for the night. The next day we had a late-ish start as we all slept in but we didn't have brekkie till we made it to Griffith, where we stopped at a park for me and Jackson to have a bit of a  run around. After a long day driving we finally made it to the roadside stop we were camping at with my grandparents. The next day we had a pretty early start and stopped in Cunnamulla for lunch. After a walk around town we hit the road again. That night we camped at Alroy Station where we spent the afternoon in the artisan baths. The next morning we had a late start because we had an early morning soak in the baths. That day we drove until about 3 o'clock before we pulled off the road onto a sandy paddock. For the remainder of the afternoon Jackson and I played with his remote control car.

The next morning we had an early start because we needed to get to Windorah so we could go into the caravan park and have a shower-our last for a while! After Windorah we drove for a little while before pulling into Betoota Hotel where there was free camping. That afternoon we hung out with our cousins, and their cousins, before having dinner at the pub. The next day we rolled into Birdsville pretty early so we had a look around town, the pub there was beautiful. Soon after we went and set up our camp at the BRB!
